Description
The apartment is independent, is located on the first floor with no other apartments above and consists of :
Entrance and garden of some 150 sqm with several plants and trees, outside shower, washbasin and a barbeque; living room with sofa-bed; fully equipped kitchenette; two double bedrooms; bathroom with shower; terrace of 25sqm with stunning view over the sea and the mountains.
Equipment
Electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, gas hob, sink, kitchen cabinets, sheets and towels, whashing machine, TV screen, table and chairs, pots and pans, drying rack, brooms, buckets and basins.
Terms and conditions
30% advanced payment as bond and deposit at booking time to be paid by bank transfer or postal order. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental, after checking the status of the apartment, furniture, equipment and cleaning.
100% rent is to be paid the day of arrival upon delivery of the keys.
Utilities such as electricity, water and cooking gas are included, providing a sober use.
The apartment will be given clean and tidy and it must be returned in same condition.
Check-in : from 3.00 p.m.
Check-out: not later than 10.00 am

Tips and recommendations
Several beaches are available within very short distance from the apartment, walking through a pinewood and the main road, or taking the car. Nearby the location we suggest you visiting the Natural Oasis of Biderrosa and other locations such as Capocomino and Berchida heading north (at about 12 km).
Heading south you should not miss Calagonone (about 35km), from where you can go for a boat trip to visit some of the most beautiful and completely unspoilt beaches: Calaluna, Mariolu, Sisine, Gloritzè. You can also visit some very interesting little typical towns or wild sites in the inner part of Sardinia.
You should not miss our delicious food and wine at any occasion.
Do some trekking or rock-climbing with expert local guides , do scuba diving with local skilled instructors, go for a boat trip or a sailing cruise with very expert skippers departing from the nearby Port of La Caletta.
